TheWeekholeview Goes Upside-down and Inside-Out

SHENZHEN, CHINA - SEPTEMBER 29: Chinese tourists ride a rollercoaster at dusk at Happy Valley Theme park on September 29, 2008 in central Shenzhen, China. The park has various attractions such as roller coasters, water rides and Walt Disney style live shows for children. Chinese people love theme parks and new ones are opening constantly. It's estimated that there's about 2400 theme parks in the country. Many of the most popular parks are located around Shenzhen and over the border in Hong Kong. At TPV the week first falls through a hole and then puts itself together and starts anew. This is what just happened when the week cleaned itself up and started the last seven days:

Tuesday, March 22, twenty six Chinese revelers were brought down safely from hanging upside down for a while.

According to the Happy Valley Amusement Park in Beijing, China, a bird landed on the ride’s safety sensor, bringing it to a sudden stop, and it leaving 26 confused Crystal Wing riders upside down until all their credit cards and change fell out of their pockets. Asked if they wanted their belongings back or their life, the unanimous answer was the latter.

Wednesday, March 23, President Obama arrived in Havana and was heard to say:

And why exactly are we accepting Cuban immigrants as political refugees? What’s the hardship they’re facing? Guantanamo is ours, after all.

Thursday, March 24, Donald Trump’s first grandson was born and women all over the Republican spectrum embraced the Donald as a good provider.

Friday, March 25, The New York Times hired friends and family to write about the Brussels and all other terrorist attacks. Not understanding why people would become radicalized, they produced nice articles to put the 1% easily to sleep.

Saturday, March 26, Bernie Sanders won three big primaries in a landslide and only Andy Borowitz mentioned his win in a media outlet better known that TPV.

Like #TPV, Andy received the go ahead days later.

Sunday, March 27, Easter celebrations went on smoothly in most countries, territories, and caliphates, including ISIS.

Monday, March 28, Brussels police read the New York Times slew of clueless articles on why people become radicalized, entitled “???”,  and

released a man known as Faycal C, the only person arrested and charged with involvement in the Brussels attacks, for lack of evidence: Faycal did not wear either a wire not a camera connecting him to the attacks.
