On Thursday, August 8, President Obama did a lot of work getting ready for vacation.
On Friday, August 9, President Obama told his aides they could go on vacation, too, especially that the NSA will take care of his presidential duties and become his main consigliere.
On Saturday and Sunday, President Obama played basketball.
On Monday, August 12, President Obama called Matt Damon to make sure that they are still buddies.

On Tuesday, August 13, 2013, President Obama ate a fried lunch and then played some more basketball, reports the San Francisco Chronicle, already put under scrutiny by Bezos for being too factual.
