Maria Sharapova, the Russian Tennis Player to Become an American Politics Player?

Days after Maria Sharapova stunned the world with her French Open triumph; ThePotholeView learned that our American Presidential contenders – Mitt and Barack – had contacted the Russian athlete with similar offers: Would Maria consider sharing her victory strategy with them?

Maria Sharapova’s American representative acknowledged that the Gatorade celebrity endorser did not feel flattered because she, like her father Yuri, was unclear about her strategy in the first place.

“I, Maria Sharapova, did not plan to win. The petite 5’4” Errani did all the work, or I should say, “Who’s” Errani, get it, made me win. I tried hard to lose, but la piccola Errani tried even harder, and 89 minutes into the game, it was basta. Italy lost to Russia. I would not call it my victory. My dad, Yuri, did not even stop biking to take my call after the game. This Russian victory actually belongs to Italy.  I don’t know what else Mitt and Barack want to hear from me.”

Whats the answerThePotholeView remains equally baffled.
