Finally, Mayor Bloomberg did something for the little guys.
He gave us bikes. Because he could not give us anything else: good public schools, or better hospitals, or cleaner subways. But he gave us bikes, and though the seat is badly designed, and the bikes are a tad too heavy, it’s great to have New York City as people-friendly as London or Paris. It only took Bloomberg 12 years to put it in place.
