Protect merit-based Admission Test

City Council Meeting at City Hall
The NYC Council will meet in an open forum to discuss Resolution 442 calling to change the admission criteria to NYC’s Specialized High Schools. The Stuyvesant PA, alongside our Alumni Association and the PAs and AAs of the other specialized high schools, supports keeping the objective, single test admission criterion, and opposes subjective criteria for admissions.
Interested parents are encouraged to protest the proposed changes and to support our kids, our school, and superb education for all:
—Attend the rally on City Hall steps during the meeting-the conference at City Hall with fellow supporters from Bronx Science, Brooklyn Tech and friends at 9:45 am,Thursday.December 11!
–Attend and/or speak at the meeting-Thursday, December 11!
